Episode 17: Welcome to Heal Into Happy, I’m your host Lark Allen. Today, we are going to talk about the importance of taking time to refill our cup, I needed to take my own advice with this, so I thought if I needed the reminder, maybe you did too. I took a two-hour bath, and it felt so good to get recharged in that way, and so I felt like it was a really important thing to share that sometimes the happiness mentor needs to follow her own advice and do the things to help refill the cup. We are unable to have creativity flow through us, and we can be a lot more snappy if we’re feeling frazzled and where we’re feeling like we can’t find enough time.

IN THIS EPISODE:
• I really had fun today getting together all of the different things that I wanted to put into my bath. Today it was essential oils. Lavender is so good to help you relax and epsom salt, I don’t know if you know all of the benefits of epsom salts, but they are plentiful. (5:15)
• I also have a new CBD body wash that is an amazing bubble bath. I used some of that today, and then an organic bath bomb that, I think it was called Focus on the Good, and I thought that was really cute. So yeah, this is my offering to you that when you’re feeling stretched, then have this in your healing modality magic box to pull out and to utilize, and really listen to the nudges of your body, mind and spirit. • I really felt my inner child come in and that is the most creative part of us, and she just needed some attention and she needed to be heard So, I wrote down some really amazing notes about podcasts that are going to be coming, and that’s really exciting. I got some gentle reminders to remember to do these kinds of things more often, and to find time to take bike rides when my husband gets home from work, so that I can go out and have some time, and just some other ideas that came up that I felt like were very valuable, and I appreciate it so much.(11:33)
