Episode #9: I am really excited to share what is on my heart today, a way that I really have found so much clarity and a way that I have healed a lot, and that is journaling, that is such a beautiful way to really be honest with ourselves. It is the best truth serum that I have ever discovered. There is nothing more pure than getting out a notebook and a pen, giving ourselves some prompts to journal around, and then just free flow writing about that. So that is what we are going to be talking about today. If you don’t have a pen and paper, I invite you to push the pause button really quick and get one paper of any kind and a pen, pencil, and then come back and we will get started.

IN THIS EPISODE:
• I have seen a lot of clarity, a lot of arguing, there’s some shaming going on about this or that, and instead of participating in any of that, I recommend that we go with it and see what to end ourselves where we see some polarity, where there are some things that we could integrate inside of us and heal. And then what’s really magical is that we will see that healing taking place in our collective or whatever we do within ourselves helps all of us, we are ushering in unity, consciousness right now. (4:01)
• I’m going to give you some journal prompts, and I invite you to do some journaling whenever you have time, and then keep coming back to it as you’re feeling called to do it. Some things that I feel like would be really helpful for you to write down as we’re getting started with this or to have in front of you, if you decide to print out the information that I provided are some beautiful quotes from Rumi that I feel like are so potent for this work that we’re about to do. • And when we invite all of the parts of us back home to really come into our body and to be with us when we journal, it really helps us with our free flow writing, because we have a higher part of us that is going to join in the conversation as we’re free-flowing. As we begin, we can give thanks to all the breakthroughs along the way that we’re going to have during this journaling experience, so that we set an intention right at the beginning of our journaling that we are excited to see what breakthroughs… What aha moments that we’re going to have. • So, if you were in a place where you’re feeling like, if I let it go, it’s like, I’m forgiving that person from doing it. And I just want to let you know that’s not the case at all. Forgiveness is an important part with that forgiveness of somebody doing something to you that’s so dark, is between them and God at this point, at least that’s the way that I see it. So we’re forgiving ourselves for holding on to that pain and not integrating it fully within us, so we can journal about these experiences. (18:24)
